Aunt Rose’s Super Host Status was awarded because of our dedication to providing a clean and well stocked place for your stay. We also understand that contracts get cut short and extended. That is why we offer flexible booking.
Aunt Rose's Place properties are set up to make your stay homelike, for you and your guests. We provide utilities, WIFI, room darkening curtains, keyless entry, security cameras outside, WIFI Smart TV's, cookware, bakeware, dishware, appliances including crockpot, mixer, blender, microwave, and linens. We provide cleaning supplies for the house, and for you, with soaps, paper-towels, napkins, ear-swabs, cotton balls, safety-kit and more to get you through a short stay, or get you started on your extended stay.
We also have an outdoor grill, and seasonal yard furniture. Aunt Rose's Place properties are located in Downtown Monroe, and Dundee Michigan. There are plenty nearby parks, museums, shopping, restaurants, bars, bike paths, Riverwalks, Historic war markers and memorials dating back to the war of 1812. 
Aunt Rose’s Place Duplex  1-bedroom Upper unit features a 45” smart TV with DirecTV in the living room and a 35” smart TV in the bedroom, and a well-stocked kitchen, and full-bath with linens and soaps. This cozy apartment sleeps up to 3 adults in a Queen 12" foam bed, Love Seat with a pullout full bed, and a double reclining loveseat. The laundry-center is in suet. 

With street parking or a parking lot in back that is shared with guests in the Lower apartment.

The back yard is fenced in.
