This home is located located just about 4 blocks from down town Dundee. We are located approximately 30 minutes from Sterling State Park, Enrico Fermi  II Power Plant and Detroit Edison Coal Power Plant. Located just a short 60 Minute drive to Detroit, 20 Minutes from Toledo OH and about a 30 Minute drive to Ann Arbor.  This is a very quiet and walkable neighborhood close to everything from Groceries  to public parks  and in the summer frequent free concerts and events in the city center just in downtown Dundee. 

 

​This location has 1000 up 1000 down Fiber Internet WiFi, features electronic programable locks,  central air and heat and security cameras on the outside of the home along with the following.​​

 

In the kitchen you will find a hand mixer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator / freezer, electric range, crock pot. You will also find basic spices and seasonings, kitchen clothes and towels, paper towels, napkins, pots and pans, baking sheets, bowls, plates, salad plates, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, forks knifes and spoons, a various assortment of cooking utensils such as potato peelers, tongs, spatulas, cooking spoons and so much more.  In the kitchen closet you will find a mop and other cleaning supplies to get you started.

Just through the kitchen heading to the back of the house there is a mud room. In here you will find a regular size washer and dryer along with a plastic service sink. The back door is also located here and the propane grill and trash can are located right out this door against the back of the house. 

 

The Bedrooms have  Queen Size beds, closet, dresser and a nightstand with a lamp, and a chair. You will find your towels and wash cloths for the bathroom in a basket.

 

The living room has a love seat and a day bed with a full size bed on top and a trundle pull out bed that's a twin. We also have a Roku TV on a wall mount that swivels.

 

The bathroom has a standard tub with a shower, toilet, sink, blow drier, first aid kit, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and some Q-Tips and cotton balls to get you started.  ​

 

In the back yard just behind the garage is a wooden patio with outdoor furniture and a glass table with an umbrella, as well as a fire ring just a little past that closer to the river. Oh yeah, the back yard ends at the edge of the river.

When available for an extra fee we can rent the garage as well if you need extra storage. When in comes to parking ONLY park in the driveway area and never past the front of the house, and never outside the single lane driveway, never in the middle as that is only classified as a "turn around".
